Monsters the TV Show Coming to DVD
Back in the late 80's I was living with my grandmother, and she worked 2nd shift. So I was usually alone at times, or with my cousin. (who also lived with my grandmother)
On Saturday nights our local UHF channel would have it "horror" night. It had several different shows, like Freddys Nightmares, Friday the 13th the series, Billy Bobs Action Theater, and Monsters.
February 25th, the complete Monsters series is coming to DVD for the first time. You can pre-order it now from Amazon.

Call of Cthulhu Video Game
The guys over at Focus Interactive today posted the following on twiiter.
The folks over at Frogware (The company whom do the Sherlock Holmes games) are working on a Call of Cthulhu Game.
The tweet had a link to some concept art, and from looking at the art, I am guessing this game will be based around the Call of Cthulhu RPG game, and not the short story. However I am sure we will no more soon. In the mean time, please check out the concept art.

Harry Houdini with a Dash of Lovecraft
I usually ignore rumors, but according to Deadline, Max Landis (son of John Landis) is working on a script to take on the life of Harry Houdini, but with a twist. What is the twist? It is to be H.P Lovecraft influence. I am interest.
However, I do find it funny that Harry Houdini did not believe in ghost, and they may be making his life store with supernatural elements.
You should also check out the Houdini code. This was a code that he and his wife, Bess, came up with. It was a code that they would use to prove it was them. Harry was very much against “mediums” , and this code could be used to show that “mediums” did not contact him or Bess from the other side.
After Harry’s death, Bess held a séance every Halloween, for 10 years. She never was able to contact Harry.
